Cascade | Max for Live Device
Cascade is a Max for Live modular multitap delay. It allows for user configured patching to create endless variety of delay and tone shaping.
The heart of multitap delays are the taps, or the subdivisions of delay time that can be individually set to create rhythmic delay patterns. Cascade allows user configured patching of these taps to create open ended delay patterns and various degrees of feedback.
The delay time of the individual taps can be modulated with two independent LFOs, introducing pitch variation into the signal chain.
Each taps can be independently filtered, allowing for complex tonal shaping within the signal chain.
The Freeze button captures the incoming signal into a buffer, allowing for continuous feedback loops.
NOTICE: Cascade requires Lives Max to be at version 8.3.1 or higher. Please make sure Max is up to date (it can be updated for free for Live Users) in order for the device to work.
